What you need to know about Core Technology Services
Reporting to the Program Manager, Data Center Evergreening (DCE), you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the new ITS Operating Model and supporting the organizational change management activities required to ensure the success of this transformational initiative. This includes supporting cloud migration efforts and the transition to a new financial model for cloud infrastructure.
Working closely with subject matter experts and colleagues across Information Technology Services (ITS), you will help advance the organization's incident response maturity and collaborate with portfolio partners to maximize the value and adoption of CTS services in the public cloud environment.
What you will do
You will lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements that support the introduction of new tools, technologies, and capabilities across CTS. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify needs, define success criteria, assess impacts, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
In this role, you will also support the DCE Program and CTS initiatives by identifying operational risks, evaluating service performance, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Working alongside senior technology experts, architects, planners, and service owners, you will help shape and optimize service delivery processes, ensuring effective adoption of cloud technologies, automation, and modern operational practices.
In addition, you will:
- Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for CTS projects and initiatives.
- Process Analysis and Design: Document current-state and future-state processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop process improvements that support service excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Documentation and Presentations: Create business requirements, workflows, operating procedures, user guides, process maps, presentations, and training materials to support implementation and adoption activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and technology partners to gather information, align expectations, and build consensus.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess the effectiveness of CTS products and services, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
As part of your strategic responsibilities, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of IT operating models that strengthen CTS's delivery and operational effectiveness. This includes:
- Assessing current operating models to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, service delivery, and organizational effectiveness.
- Designing future-state operating models that strengthen service ownership, accountability, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
- Defining organizational capabilities, roles, and operating practices required to support modern, scalable, and customer-focused IT services.
- Leading operating model transformation initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes that enable cloud adoption, modernization, and continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed
You are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. You possess a strong ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of audiences in a concise manner.
In addition, you have experience and developed skills in:
- Enterprise planning, budgeting and reporting
- Building and presenting dashboards
- Experience and proven ability to analyze problems and provide insights within a technology team
- Gathering, analyzing information and providing reports and statistics using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written communications and presentation skills
- Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies, including AI and digital tools.

Your education and experience
This position requires a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, public administration, accounting) and four years of relevant work experience in areas such as work planning, budgeting, capacity planning, reporting, or analytics. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Language requirement

Hybrid Work Model

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $94,193 to $110,816 (job grade 16)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
