Our Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive total compensation and benefits package which can be reviewed periodically that is designed to meet the needs of employees at every stage of their lives and includes:

  • base salary
  • performance pay for regular and term employees (short-term employees are not eligible)
  • 20 days vacation on appointment for regular and term employees and 25 days after 17 years of service
  • a flexible benefits package for regular employees where they can choose the level of health, dental, disability and life and/or accident insurance coverage that meets their needs (single or family)
  • a flexible benefits package for term employees where they can choose the level of health and dental coverage that meets their needs (single or family)
  • a Defined Benefit Pension Plan which is fully indexed. Term employees have the option to join after 24 consecutive months of service
