What you will do  
This student role will support a few teams in HR that manage various policies and programs including Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Health and Safety.  
Specifically you will: 

  • Support various programs in the Leadership and Employee Development team, including administration and coordination of virtual and digital learning programs and administration of the learning management system.  
  • Support the curation and administration of learning content in a new learning platform.  
  • Support the maintenance of the learning matrix 
  • Support various Health & Safety processes (including reporting and coordination of committee meetings in accordance with the Canada Labour Code) 
  • Keep ergonomics data up to date (in the context of our hybrid work model) 
  • Coordinate the first aid program 
  • Support all administrative functions of the employee relations team

Your education and experience 

You must be enrolled in a college or university undergraduate program in a field related to Human Resources or related disciplines.

Remote work / Hybrid Work Model #LI-Remote

The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month. During the trial, employees will only be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person.  For the majority of employees, it is expected that onsite time will range from 5 to 10 days per month, depending on your role.  You are expected to live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.  For this position, should you not live within reasonable commuting distance of the office, you will be able to work 100% remote (within Canada) for the duration of this term.

Vaccination Policy
