About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Integrator to join the Identity Administration team within the Cyber Security Division.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle capabilities across business and technology domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, security partners, vendors, and service owners to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in modernizing identity services, strengthening governance and controls, advancing automation and AI-enabled capabilities, and improving the overall effectiveness of identity and access management across the organization.


Your Future Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions supporting human, privileged, machine, workload, and AI-enabled identities.
  • Design and enhance identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, leaver activities, access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, reconciliation, and policy enforcement.
  • Partner with business, technology, and cyber security teams to deliver solutions that enhance security, operational efficiency, user experience, and audit readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex IAM initiatives, including platform integrations, service modernization efforts, and control remediation activities.
  • Develop and implement identity governance, access control, automation, and AI adoption strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and cyber security objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding and integration of enterprise applications into identity governance and administration platforms.
  • Ensure identity services support least privilege, segregation of duties, policy compliance, effective governance, and audit requirements.
  • Design sustainable solutions that address audit findings, regulatory obligations, and control deficiencies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI capabilities to identify opportunities that strengthen identity and cyber security services.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership across the Identity Administration team.
  • Support mission-critical operations and contribute to the ongoing stability, performance, and continuous improvement of IAM services.


What you need to succeed
The successful candidate is a strategic thinker with deep identity and access management expertise and strong integration experience across complex enterprise environments.

You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and can quickly understand business, technical, security, and operational challenges. You are comfortable influencing decisions, communicating with senior stakeholders, and leading discussions that balance security, usability, risk, and operational effectiveness.

You can translate complex concepts into clear recommendations and develop practical solutions that deliver measurable business and security outcomes.

  • This position requires:
  • Advanced experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Deep understanding of identity governance, role modelling, entitlement management, access certification, policy management, access controls, and identity architecture.
  • Experience designing and integrating enterprise identity solutions across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, federation, MFA, phishing-resistant authentication, Zero Trust principles, and modern identity protocols.
  • Experience leading complex integrations involving identity platforms, directories, cloud services, enterprise applications, service management platforms, and security technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience designing solutions that improve access governance, reduce operational risk, and strengthen audit and compliance outcomes.
  • Experience developing automation strategies and applying modern integration patterns, APIs, workflows, and orchestration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of non-human identities, machine identities, service accounts, workload identities, and emerging AI identities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership skills.

  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, Agent365, and Microsoft Security Copilot.
  • experience governing AI agents and AI-enabled workforce solutions in highly regulated environments.
  • Idira, Delinea, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, Venafi, Keyfactor, SPIFFE/SPIRE or related privileged access and machine identity technologies.
  • experience implementing enterprise-wide identity transformation or modernisation initiatives.
  • experience within highly regulated financial, government, or critical infrastructure environments.

 

Your education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


With a

  • Minimum seven years of experience delivering enterprise identity and access management, cyber security, or enterprise integration solutions.
  • Minimum five years of experience leading complex IAM initiatives involving identity governance, access management, privileged access, or identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and solution integration expertise within large enterprise environments.

    • Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $126,765 to $149,135 (job grade 18)
    • The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at  7 to 10% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
