Our team
We are seeking interested candidates to join our diverse and collaborative Integration Services team!
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will join a key team at the Bank focused on technical leadership, evolution, support, and ongoing maintenance of our integration services. What you will do
You will support the team by leading and contributing to all integration initiatives required for platform support, maintenance, and evolution.
More specifically, you will:
- Explore and adopt the use of integration within new technologies and methods.
- Implement configuration management across all supported platforms and provide support and coaching on best practices.
- Analyze and monitor system performance to ensure compliance with service-level agreements, collaborating with vendors as required.
- Detect key performance bottlenecks and assess the impact of tasks on core business scenarios.
- Identify causes and implement solutions to more complex/uncommon business problems in a multi-functional setting, assessing, and communicating issues of technology impact on the functional/corporate level.
- Quickly restore services, conduct root-cause analysis; develop and implement lasting solutions to monitor, track and report on service levels using metrics.
- Participate in planning and execution of testing related to performance, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Note – This role requires participation in a paid on-call rotation and occasional paid overtime. The Bank offers flexible work hours to support work-life balance.
What you need to Succeed
You excel at identifying and engage key stakeholders to foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams. With strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, you approach challenges with an open-minded approach and a willingness to experiment and ask “why”? You are also capable of working on multiple concurrent projects, supporting high-visibility applications, and performing effectively under pressure.
In addition, you have:
Proficient in working with some of the following technologies:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Azure API Management
- Oracle WebLogic Application Server (version 10.3 or higher in standard and clustered mode)
- Other J2EE application servers like IBM WebSphere (Portal) or RedHat JBoss EAP 6/7.x
- Oracle Fusion Middleware: Oracle WebLogic, Forms and reports, Oracle Internet Directory and SOASuite
- IBM DataStage, IBM DataPower, MQ service and/or JBoss
- Performance monitoring tools (e.g., EMGrid and Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM))
- Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid
- PaaS (OpenShift), Kubernetes
- Linux/Unix administration
Nice-to-have
- Experience with most technologies listed above.
- Prior experience working in a large financial or banking enterprise environment.
- Possession of relevant designations or certifications
Your education and experience
This position requires at least three years of experience as a Systems Integrator/Middleware/ Application Specialist or similar roles. A combination of education and experience maybe also be considered.

Hybrid Work Model
The Bank offers work arrangements that provide employees with flexibility, enable high-performing teams, and support an excellent workplace culture. Most employees can telework from home for a substantial part of each month as part of the Bank`s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of eight days per month to help build connections between colleagues. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $108,874 to $128,087 (job grade 17)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 7 to 10% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
