What you will do
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead provides strategic, analytical and organizational change management support with minimal direction from the Director. As a subject matter expert, the person in this role is responsible for applying OCM methodologies, processes and tools across the Data & Digital Services department (DDS) to drive adoption of, and satisfaction with its provided tools and services. The position also delivers strategic change guidance and leads to change management activities supporting DDS and AI transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will continuously evolve and strengthen OCM practices and tools to align with changing business needs and ways of working in a face-paced environment. You will also foster knowledge sharing and alignment across initiatives and teams. By building strong relationships at all levels, you will develop a deep understanding of stakeholder business needs, ensure effective engagement in change efforts, and provide impactful strategic guidance to change specialists and leaders.

You empower others by providing guidance and coaching, supporting both their development and the successful delivery of change initiatives. A proactive problem-solver, you adapt quickly to shifting priorities and demonstrate a strong growth mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly across different skill areas.
Your leadership skills enable you to effectively navigate ambiguity and provide clear, strategic guidance to leaders at all levels. You build strong relationships across the organization and are sought out for your strategic advice. You bring experience in facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives, leveraging best practices, and leading organizational and culture change.
An effective communicator and influencer, you convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing, share ideas and insights, respond thoughtfully to questions, and actively listen to understand and address stakeholder needs.

- Process design or transformation experience
- Experience with change management related to the end user experience of technology, including AI
- Certification in a change management approach, such as Prosci ADKAR
Your education and experience
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, human resources or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of change management experience supporting complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French. The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional). If a qualified candidate who meets the language requirement of the position is not found, a qualified candidate who does not meet the language requirement may be considered. Hybrid Work Model
The Bank offers work arrangements that provide employees with flexibility, enable high-performing teams, and support an excellent workplace culture. Most employees can telework from home for a portion of each month as part of the Bank’s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of 12 days per month to help build connections between colleagues. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $126,765 to $149,135 (job grade 18)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 7 to 10% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
