What you will do
In this role, you will lead a major modernization of the Corporate Card Program from redesigning governance, controls, and operating models to managing change, procurement activities, and system enhancements that support a renewed end to end experience. You will assess risks, strengthen compliance frameworks, and guide stakeholders through process updates and training. You will also drive targeted updates to the Hospitality Policy and translate them into clear, practical guidance. Operationally, you will support key payment and expense functions, resolve complex corporate card issues, and ensure continuity during the transition to the modernized program. Additionally, you will contribute to emerging Accounts Receivable initiatives by designing new workflows and informing related policy development.

You bring sharp analytical thinking and strong problem solving abilities to navigate complex operational and policy challenges. You excel at leading change—communicating clearly, building alignment across teams, and translating ideas into well structured documentation. You are comfortable guiding complex initiatives that span across multiple stakeholders and systems, even without direct authority, and you influence outcomes with confidence and credibility. Your sound judgment ensures risks are managed thoughtfully, controls are applied consistently, and operational impacts are well understood. With strong planning and prioritization skills, you balance transformation demands with day to day operational needs while keeping objectives on track.

- Experience working with SAP, Emburse Enterprise, Service Now and/or similar systems.
Your education and experience
The position requires a degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Policy, or a related field, and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
The successful candidate will have experience in/with:
- financial operations, program management, policy development, or business process improvement
- corporate card programs, expense management, ERP systems, or procurement processes

Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French. The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional). Hybrid Work Model
The Bank offers work arrangements that provide employees with flexibility, enable high-performing teams, and support an excellent workplace culture. Most employees can telework from home for a portion of each month as part of the Bank’s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of 12 days per month to help build connections between colleagues. - Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $94,193 to $110,816 (job grade 16)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
