Reporting to the Assistant Director of Evergreening and Data Centre Services, you will play a key role in the team, primarily supporting leadership in the Evergreening and Operational Resilience programs. You will also collaborate with partners across the Bank to assist with budgeting, planning, and reporting needs. In addition to your daily responsibilities, your leader will fully support your career growth through the Bank’s customizable Learning & Development programs.
 

What you will do

You will be the principal contact, responsible for activities which include planning, budgeting, reporting and workplan prioritization as well as several ongoing compliance requirements.  
More specifically you will: 

  • Manage Evergreening and Operational Resilience Frameworks: Play key role in execution in collaboration with business lines, including document and presentation preparation, input analysis, and leadership support.
  • Facilitate Oversight Meetings: Collect insights from Senior and Extended Leadership teams, covering business cases, forecasts, and resource updates. Drive the creation of essential governance materials.
  • Corporate Reporting: Oversee quarterly Project Health Reports, semi-annual progress updates, and operational highlights, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the seven-year plan.
  • Dashboard Management: Maintain various dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Presentation Development: Design templates and materials to align with departmental objectives.

 

What you need to succeed
You are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. You possess a strong ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of audiences in a concise manner.

 

In addition, you have experience and developed skills in : 

  • Enterprise planning, budgeting and reporting 
  • Building and presenting dashboards 
  • Gathering, analyzing information and providing reports and statistics using Microsoft Office tools 

 

Nice-to-have
Experience with: 

  • Adaptive application
  • Power BI 
  • Service Now platform to support planning and reporting 

 

Your education and experience 
This position requires a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, public administration, accounting) and four years of relevant work experience in areas such as work planning, budgeting, capacity planning, reporting, or analytics. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

 

Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French.  The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional).  If a qualified candidate who meets the language requirement of the position is not found, a qualified candidate who does not meet the language requirement may be considered. Training may be provided to help reach the required level.  Both bilingual and unilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Hybrid Work Model

The Bank offers work arrangements that provide employees with flexibility, enable high-performing teams, and support an excellent workplace culture. Most employees can telework from home for a substantial part of each month as part of the Bank`s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of eight days per month to help build connections between colleagues. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
