We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our HR Technology team as we modernize and enhance our HR systems landscape. This role will contribute to the delivery of digital and AI-enabled HR solutions, improving employee experience and operational efficiency across the organization.
What you will do
As a Business Analyst, you will provide value-added support for business processes and implement automated HR Solutions while collaborating with other departments, including Data & Digital Services (DDS) and external technology suppliers.
More specifically, you will:
- Analyze business processes and gather user requirements, identifying opportunities to enhance HR services through digital and automation initiatives
- Support the design and implementation of HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online), ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities
- Partner with DDS and external suppliers to deliver system enhancements, including coordinating release cycles, approvals, and production deployments
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements while complying with organizational standards
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities, contributing to the evolution of HR processes and service delivery
- Support initiatives leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled capabilities and automation tools) to enhance efficiency and user experience
What you need to succeed
You excel at setting priorities and ensuring key deliverables are met. With strong communication skills, you collaborate effectively with clients, technical specialists, and suppliers to solve problems and assist business impact assessments. As an innovative problem solver, you can identify future opportunities and potential issues.
Additionally, you have:
- Experience with HR platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SharePoint Online
- Experience working in HR technology environments and collaborating with IT delivery teams
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and release management practices
- Familiarity with HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, offboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Nice-to-have
- Business Analysis certification through a recognized learning organization such as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
Your education and experience
This position requires a completed post-secondary degree/diploma in a relevant field (e.g., HR, information technology, project management, business analysis) and 2 years or more of relevant, recent experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French. The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional). Hybrid Work Model

Most employees can telework from home for a portion of each month as part of the Bank’s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of 12 days per month to help build connections between colleagues. - Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $82,590 to $97,160 (job grade 15)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
