Furthermore, in collobaration with the Human Resources department, you will maintain the Health and Safety (H&S) policies and procedures for both the Montréal and Toronto AOCs, ensuring that they are updated, that audits are performed as per H&S legislative requirements, and that non-conformance are addressed.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

  • monitoring systems to ensure that quality and performance standards are met and that the CCTV, Frontier, AIMS, BPS 3000 and MHS systems are functioning and maintained according to specifications
  • managing, negotiating and monitoring internal and external service contracts and service level agreements on behalf of the AOCs
  • maintaining the AOC Incident Management Plan and acting as the backup Deputy Section Chief for Planning and Intelligence on the Incident Management Team
  • supporting the professional development of staff and providing tools to enable them to optimize their contribution
  • manage annual budgetary allotment including its progress reporting.

Your education and experience

  • bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience  in the areas of corporate performance management, quality assurance or risk management
