What you will do 
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with asset analysts, contract analysts, business system analysts, ITS stakeholders as well as business stakeholders on a variety of IT asset, contract, and vendor management related activities. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and team player skills that support quality and efficiency in delivering our services to our clients. If you are considering a career in asset management, procurement, contracting, or vendor management this placement is perfect for you.

 

You’ll be administering and executing various asset and contract management related requests for internal clients and external vendors as part of the Bank’s Vendor and Asset Management team. You will also participate in strategic initiatives with your colleagues to develop, change, streamline, and digitize processes and data as part of business excellence, continuous improvement, and operational planning.


What you need to succeed

  • Experience in a client-facing, administrative or project role – your previous contributions may come from school projects, special committees, summer, or part-time jobs
  • Strong analytical skills – our business is about the “details”
  • Strong communication and team player skills – you will work with a wide variety of teams and roles
  • Self-driven work ethic – you will need to be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion
  • Curiosity and the desire to learn – our business is changing and growing fast

 

It would be great if you had knowledge or experience in these areas:

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 


Nice-to-have 

  • Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams 
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Individuals interested in Fall placement, as well as continuous employment during your school year either as part-time or through a co-op program 

 

 

Your education and experience

You must be currently enrolled in a university or college program as a full-time, part-time, or co-op student, pursuing a degree in business, commerce, supply chain management, or related field.

  • Language requirement: English or French essential
  • Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
  • Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability or Secret

Remote work / Hybrid Work Model #LI-Remote

The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month. During the trial, employees will only be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person.  For the majority of employees, it is expected that onsite time will range from 5 to 10 days per month, depending on your role.  You are expected to live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.  For this position, should you not live within reasonable commuting distance of the office, you will be able to work 100% remote (within Canada) for the duration of this term. 

 

Vaccination Policy
